Enjoy an unforgettable vacation in this beautiful chalet near the beach. Outside, a fantastic garden will allow you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate, playing with the little ones on the grass where you can also spread the towel and lie down for a nap. Next, the terrace where you can sunbathe on one of the sun loungers or read a book under the umbrella. It also has a table where you can eat or dine outdoors. Finally, you will find the porch, also furnished, where you can have a vermouth before eating, or a drink at dusk. The property is fenced and there are neighbors around. The 150 m2 house is spread over two floors and is decorated with great style and with all the comforts to spend a great vacation. From the porch we access the wonderful living room - dining room. There you can rest on the comfortable bench next to the fireplace for the coldest days or under the A/C on the warmest days, and watch television that has satellite channels. Behind it, the dining area and the kitchen, equipped with basic utensils and a gas stove. One of the bedrooms is also on the ground floor, and has a double bed and wardrobe. A bathroom with shower completes the floor. Upstairs you will find the two remaining bedrooms. In the hallway, there is an air conditioner to cool the second floor. The first has a double bed, wardrobe and access to a fantastic terrace where you can spend moments of disconnection and relaxation. The last bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. A bathroom also with a shower serves this floor. Please note that all bedrooms have an electric radiator for colder days and if you are traveling with a baby, a cot and high chair are available upon request. In the house you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house is located in a very quiet residential area where everyone is on vacation. The beach is just 30 meters from the house, and it is a large beach with white sand and crystal clear waters that will make you not want to be anywhere else. The area has restaurants, shops, supermarkets,... and is very close to Puerto de Alcudia where you will find nightlife and more holiday entertainment. You can visit the wall of Alcudia and other coves such as Aucanada or Mal Pas. You can also go to Puerto de Pollensa and stroll along its characteristic promenade. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
